In addition to our latest update of the sign-up pages in the resellers' Web Stores, today we brought the new enhanced functionality also in the Domain Manager of the ResellersPanel's Control Panel. As of today, our resellers can avail of the opportunity to register (for either reseller's or personal use) a new domain name or transfer an existing one with the new TLD extensions added.

With the section's expanded functionality our clients are now able to set new DNS records to their hosts, such as CNAME, AAAA and TXT records, as well as additional NS, MX and A records.

The DNS cluster system of ResellersPanel has been upgraded and a new e-mail feature is available in the Private DNS Cluster packages now. At the same time new webmail software called Round Cube has been added to the ones that are currently in use - Horde and Supreme Web Mail.

We have received a considerable number of reports from our resellers and their clients, concerning problems during processing of American Express (AMEX) credit card payments. The software developers of ResellersPanel investigated the problem and together with our management decided that the best solution would be to let the AMEX payments go through the system of WorldPay.

The upgrade of SupCenter301, scheduled for November 20, was not performed due to problems with the chassis of the new HDDs. Right now, the server is fully operational but the activities will be re-scheduled upon receiving the required parts.

The .DE top-level domain (TLD) has been added to the domain extensions' list of the web hosting accounts' Control Panels. The implementation of this TLD required minor upgrade of our DNS cluster system, because of the DENIC's requirement for the different C-class IP addresses for the DNS settings.

ResellersPanel has just added the .COM.MX domain extension to the list of offered TLDs. The .MX TLD is for Mexico but there are no restrictions for nationality or residence in this country and anyone can order such a domain name.

The .EU TLD is for the European Union and, thus, can be registered by any person or organization established within the European Union.

On Sunday, October 14th, VeriSign, Afilias, Neulevel and Public Interest Registry registries increased the prices of the domain names that they are offering and, as a result, our registrar eNom Inc. increased the prices for domain registration and transfer services. The TLDs that were affected are COM, NET, ORG, BIZ, US, INFO, TV and NAME.
