We are happy to announce that the DNS cluster system of our reseller hosting network has been upgraded and a new e-mail feature is available in the Private DNS Cluster packages now. At the same time, a new webmail software named Round Cube was added to the ones currently in use - Horde and Supreme Web Mail. Round Cube proved to be a simple and reliable tool that supports the basic e-mail functions in combination with a user-friendly interface.
The purpose of the DNS cluster upgrade was to enable the customers to check their e-mail accounts using a single URL that includes the web hosting reseller's domain name. Thus, the clients of resellers with an active Private DNS Cluster package in their accounts will be able to manage their e-mails through the three webmail solutions using a URL of the kind:
webmail.reseller_domain.com
The clients of resellers who do not have an active Private DNS Cluster package will be able to access the webmail clients with a URL of the kind:
webmail.supremecluster.com
The new URLs have replaced the current one in the 'E-Mail Options' section of the Web Hosting Control Panel. Of course, we will keep the older webmail URL operational and it will forward to any of the aforementioned ones. The older URL is local for each server (XX is the number of the server):
supremecenterXX.com/webmail/
