We have received a considerable number of reports from resellers and their clients, about problems occurring in the processing of American Express (AMEX) credit card payments. The software developers of ResellersPanel investigated the situation and together with our reseller hosting Management Department decided that the best solution would be to let the AMEX payments go through the system of WorldPay. ResellersPanel used the services of WorldPay Inc. as a main billing provider for a long time. Their system therefore is well known to us and fully compatible with ours. We don't expect any problems to arise due to the changes, however any feedback from you would be highly appreciated.

Currently, the necessary changes have been implemented on all Sign-Up pages and forms, as well as in the Web Hosting Control Panel. Each free web hosting reseller will receive the same functionality in the Reseller Control Panel soon and we believe that this will completely solve the problem.
