ResellersPanel in the year 2011 - an overview

With more than two weeks of the new 2012 behind us, let us take a look at what happened during the past year here at ResellersPanel.com.

What we have done in 2011:

First, we added a new web hosting data center option to the order form - the fully-redundant Steadfast facility in Chicago, Illinois. It is located in one of the world’s largest data center buildings
Our Hepsia Control Panel became a default option for your customers and an interactive demo live version was added to your stores. New language options were added, as well as a wallet payment option to facilitate regular service upgrades.
As part of our product marketability improvement policy, we initiated a campaign to reduce the prices for the TLDs by up to 50% . This influenced the pricing of highly competitive domain extensions like .CA and .CO.UK. And key domains like .DE and .EU were even added as free options with hosting packages.
Also, we kept introducing new key TLDs with a high market potential like .RU, .FR, and .CO.IL, and will continue to do this in 2012.
By optimizing server maintenance costs, we lowered the prices of our semi-dedicated servers by 30%! This made the transition from a regular hosting service to a server solution much easier for customers of yours who have demanding sites.
Following the latest technology trends, we made significant upgrades to our dedicated servers (more powerful CPU, more RAM), and also prepared the ground for the launch of our OpenVZ VPS hosting packages at the very start of 2012.
To make your services more accessible on the market, we added two new payment options to the order form - Western Union and bankwire.
We added a brand new Ajax based remote order form that can easily be tailored to your custom store design.
Also, we did a huge upgrade to the cPanel Reseller Hosting Program. We upgraded our cPanel reseller hosting plans to help our cPanel hosting resellers stay competitive on the market, and added a UK data center option to the order form.
To keep you and your customers updated on the status of our servers, we launched properstatus.com - a site with RSS-support that publishes news on scheduled and ongoing server maintenance procedures.

New Year - new ideas and huge upgrades

Just a year ago, we informed you that a new Reseller Control Panel was being developed and we invited you to send us your feedback on how to improve it.
Thanks to your valuable support, a new Hepsia-like intuitive interface is on its way. It will make managing your reseller hosting business a breeze. More information on the alpha release will be available later this spring.
With the release of the new Reseller Control Panel, we are planning to develop a new drag-and-drop template builder that will be easily integrated into the Control Panel.
Several new currencies will be added to the order form to help you further expand your market reach.
