Another system improvement has been implemented in the Free Reseller Program's Control Panel. Through the Domain manager you will be able to register domain names either for your reseller purposes or on behalf of your clients. You will be able to change the WHOIS information of your domain name, as well as to update the DNS settings if needed. And most important, in order to meet your demands we have improved the system and now you will be able to pay with your wallet for a domain registration only.
The Three steps guide:
At any time, you can register more domain names or manage the settings for the existing ones. You will see the status of a domain name registration/transfer request. All statuses are:
Unapproved Registration - You have just sent a domain registration request and our Sales department needs to confirm it. It may take up to 2 hours.
Unapproved Renewal - You have just sent a renewal request and our Sales department needs to confirm it. It may take up to 2 hours.
Unapproved Transfer - You have just sent a transfer request and our Sales department needs to confirm it. Please note that this status may also be shown because the domain name you have requested to be transferred is locked at its current registrar. In that case, you have to contact the registrar, unlock it and then contact our support. For the .us, .org and .info domain names an Authorization Info (EPP Key) is required. You can obtain that key from the old registrar and then provide us with it so we can initiate the transfer procedure. This procedure may take up to 5 business days.
Unapproved Change - You have just sent a DNS/WHOIS update request and our Sales department needs to confirm it. It may take up to 2 hours.
Approved - Our Sales department has just approved your domain name.
Rejected - Our Sales department has rejected your domain name registration request. Possible reasons may involve copyright dispute, payment details mismatch, incorrect/incomplete WHOIS information, and unsuccessful order verification by phone.Suspended - Our Sales department has suspended your domain name registration because of abuse complaint.
Once a domain name has been registered/transferred you will be able to manage the DNS settings of that domain name, as well as to update the WHOIS information. You can also discard a domain registration by deleting the domain name (be careful with that option!).
