Dear resellers,
As we recently announced in our VAT Registration detailed overview, LiquidNet Ltd. is becoming officially VAT registered. In that respect, we would like to inform you that the official date of LiquidNet's VAT registration, and respectively the day from which real VAT values will be charged, previously scheduled for March 1st, has now been confirmed to be April 2nd, 2008.
The re-scheduling of the dates and the hence extended preceding period of time provide us with the enormous advantage to have opportunity to introduce all VAT invoices and notes much earlier in advance, to take time to monitor the performance of our ResellersPanel system and to guarantee, in result, an ultimate stability, fluency and trouble-free transition to the new VAT scheme on April 2nd, 2008.
In that sense, we would like to inform you that all new VAT type-a invoices (for the customer and the copies for the reseller), self-billing tax invoices and Info Notes type-c will be integrated into our reseller hosting system next week, in the period between 4-6 March, 2008. Similar to the VAT Order Forms introduced into the system last month, all new VAT invoices will have the VAT field featuring with a 0.00 value (in the currency you have chosen) until April 2nd, as no VAT will be charged meanwhile.
