The Technical Department of ResellersPanel would like to inform you that the previously mentioned server upgrade maintenance of SupCenter10.co.uk has been scheduled to take place tomorrow, February 5th, from 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST). The maintenance time frame will be 4 hours with expected downtime of up to 2 hours.
The event is a follow-up to the pre-upgrade server maintenance that was carried out successfully on January 24th, 2008 to prepare the ground for the hassle-free change of the server HDDs (hard disk drives) tomorrow.
The procedure will include entire replacement of the hard disk drives with new better and faster ones. In result the working order of the server will be improved so much that the current occasional timeouts, some of you might have been facing from time to time, will be eliminated and it is hardly possible that they would come back.
This will be the first stage of the HDD-replacement procedure and if it turns out to be less time-consuming than expected - we'll proceed to the second stage and complete the HDDs change task within the afore-mentioned period. Otherwise, we'll execute the second stage of the maintenance on February 6th, from 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST). We’ll give you more details as soon as we get real-time information from our UK Data Center tomorrow.
