The Technical Department of ResellersPanel would like to let you know that a scheduled maintenance of two of our reseller hosting network servers - SupCenter10 and SupCenter11, will be executed on Wednesday, September 26th, and on Thursday, September 27th, respectively. The actions will take place between 10.00 AM to 14.00 PM GMT (05.00 AM to 09.00 AM EST) both days and are aimed at increasing the performance quality of the servers' hardware.

The maintenance procedures are planned to move the web hosting data on SupCenter10 and SupCenter11 to a brand new server, so that both servers could rely on a much more advanced hardware infrastructure. The migration time completion is expected to be around 4 hours as the following services will not be accessible within that period - Web Hosting Control Panel, email service, Front Page Server Extensions, Site Studio and FTP. The overall downtime for customers' websites is expected to be around 30 minutes.

We'd like to apologize in advance for any possible inconvenience that the maintenance procedures might cause to your online presence. However, we trust you understand our efforts to ensure the reliability and up-to-dateness of our network system.
