The Technical Department of ResellersPanel would like to inform you of a pre-upgrade maintenance scheduled for SupCenter10.co.uk. The maintenance is going to be performed on January 24th, 2008, from 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST). The expected downtime is around 2 hours.
The procedure will include re-arrangement of the server partitions, which is to be done in order to prepare the server for entire replacement of the HDDs (hard disk drives) with new better and faster ones. In result the working order of the server will be improved so much that the current occasional timeouts, some of you might have been facing from time to time, will be eliminated and it is hardly possible that they would come back.
The installing of the new hard disk drives is scheduled for next week and it will be our duty to inform you well in advance. Please, Note that we guarantee with absolute certainty that the information stored on the server will remain untouched and there are no aspects worth ringing a bell other than the positive ones - that is, the increased server network stability of our reseller hosting system.
We hope that the new performance of the server will suit the utmost requirements of web hosting professionalism and working balance. Please, accept our apologies for any inconvenience you might suffer during the downtime.
