To all web hosting resellers from the Resellers Panel network
We would like to remind you that by June 28, 2004 (inclusive) you could change the method by which you receive your commissions for web hosting plan sales and domain name registrations. This includes the commissions for web hosting upgrades made by your web hosting customers in May 2004.
From June 29 to July 6, 2004, the method for payment of your commissions cannot be changed and you will receive your reseller hosting commission by the method that you chose before today - June 28, 2004.
Keep in mind that the time on our servers is set to GMT +2:00, though the servers are located in Fremont, California where the time is GMT -8:00. To illustrate the above explanation we will give you the following example:
Let us take two US resellers, one from the East Coast and one from the West Coast.
The web hosting reseller from the East Coast lives in Miami/Florida, where EST (or GMT -5:00) is used.
The reseller from the West Coast lives in San Francisco/California, where PST (or GMT -8:00) is used.
For the web hosting reseller from Miami/Florida, the deadline for changing the payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registrations for May 2004 will be up to 5:00 PM or 17:00 (EST) on June 28, 2004.
For the reseller from San Francisco, The deadline for changing the payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registrations for May 2004 will be up to 2:00 PM or 14:00 (PST) on June 28, 2004.
We do not allow changes of the commission payment method for May 2004 to be made from June 29 to July 6, 2004, for organizational reasons connected with the issuance of checks.
Currently, for the sales made in May 2004 we can pay your reseller commission by check, bank wire or PayPal.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this new scheme for payment of reseller commissions could cause to some resellers.
Our goal is to be maximally accurate and fast in paying monthly commissions. Unfortunately, the above-mentioned restriction is an important element for the fulfillment of this goal.
All commissions for May 2004 will be paid as scheduled on July 5, 2004.
