Our continuing dedication to the growing success and profitability of each web hosting reseller of ours has given birth to another useful project. ResellersPanel is glad to announce that starting from today, September 11th , 2007, a new sales-boosting functionality has been made operational to the benefit of our resellers. It is comprised of two basic procedures - Boost My Sign-ups and Boost My Renewals.
Why we think that these services would be useful?
Boost My Sign Ups
Our reseller hosting system statistics shows that many potential and existing customers of our resellers make unsuccessful attempts to order their services due to different reasons. Those attempts are registered in our system, together with the order details, including names, address, account username, and a type of the ordered service. Here comes the moment when the *Boost My Sign Ups* functionality can do a very good job. As per your permission, now our Sales Department can send e-mails to your customers, mentioning the order web hosting services attempt and guiding them politely to your store page order form, where they could try to re-submit the payment from.
Boost My Renewals
According to our statistics, there is also an alarming percentage of non-renewed accounts in our system. Very often the reasons for that are hidden behind the facts that users do not have access to their account contact e-mails or simply disregard the expiration warning e-mails sent to them by our system. This is the reason why we put in action the *Boost My Renewals* procedure. If you choose to take advantage of this option, we'll keep track of your customers expiring accounts and contact each customer personally by phone or e-mail. Our Sales representatives will just remind the customer that their account has expired and can be renewed very easily through a one-click procedure.
How to manage these services?
For the purpose of these new services, we have created a Miscellaneous tab in the Store Settings section of the Reseller Control Panel. There you could find more information about these services, and disable them in case you don't want your potential clients to be asked to sign up, or the existing customers to renew their expired hosting plans.

Our Sales Department will start calling and e-mailing the clients at the end of the week because you may need some time to decide whether these services fit your marketing strategy. Here is our plan for starting the activities:
