Note that the profits due cannot be used for purchasing new services or renewing already existing ones. You will have to receive your due profit as a commission first, before you are able to use it. To receive your profit as a commission, you will need to have reached the minimum release level of $50.00 or the one that you have set in the Account Profile >> Commission Payment Options section of the Reseller Control Panel. Also, the last sale with which you have reached the minimum amount release level must have passed the 30-day money-back guarantee period, because if the given client requests a refund, the amount will be retrieved from the profit due to the reseller. That is why, even if you have reached the minimum release level, you will receive the entire amount in the form of commission on the next payment date after the last sale you've realized has passed this 30-day period.
