If sometimes a customer can't perform some server task or needs help with the installation of a web application or service, they will need to hire a skilled web hosting administrator. The cost for hiring such a highly qualified specialist can be more expensive than the server's monthly cost itself. To lend a hand to our customers in trouble, we offer a 30-minute Installation and Troubleshooting service, which is included in our Managed Services package. For just $15.00/mo with the VPS and $30.00/mo with the dedicated server packages you will get up to 30 minutes in which our administrators will perform custom tasks requested by you. Also, if this time is not enough for your specific needs, you can get additional hours of installation and troubleshooting from your VPS/Dedicated Plan Manager tool.
