Changing a mailbox password via webmail
One of the webmail clients that we offer, RoundCube, allows you to change the password of the mailbox that you are logged into.
To log in to RoundCube, go to E-mail Options > E-mail Manager, click on the Webmail tab at the top, select a mailbox from the drop-down menu and click on the RoundCube link to the right. You will be logged in automatically (provided that you've already logged in manually by typing your username and password in the respective login form fields at least once). Alternatively, you can go to https://webmail.supremecluster.com/ and enter your login credentials in the form to log in to RoundCube.
Once logged in, click on Settings, then go the Password tab. Here you have to enter your current password and the new one and then press Save. The password change requires up to 10 minutes to take effect.
Security tip: Please note that in order to increase the security of your mailboxes it is recommended that you use "strong" passwords. A strong password is a password, which is difficult to be broken, effectively protecting data from unauthorized access. A strong password consists of at least six characters that are a combination of letters, numbers and symbols (@, #, $, %, etc.). Passwords are typically case-sensitive, so a strong password would contain both uppercase and lowercase letters. Also, a strong password would not contain words that can be found in a dictionary or parts of the user's name or email address.
